A Degree Holder (College graduate), he hails from a family of cloth merchants, based in Bhavnagar District, Gujarat. Started his journey in ‘city of dreams’ (Mumbai) with a vision to establish business in Electrical Industry.
Mr. Vijay Shah garnered support from his parents in hometown and decided to chase his goals in the ‘city of dreams’. He made a humble beginning as an employee in a Electrical Trading house in Mumbai.
Year 1985, decided to step into self-owned Trading business of Electrical goods, under the name of ‘D.K ENTERPRISE’.
Having an endless vision, motivated him to enter into Manufacturing of Lighting and Electrical Solutions under the brand name ‘WATTERA” & ‘WATTCAB’.

A B.com graduate, Mr. Abhay has a vision to earn a reputation for the company, of being among the TOP 5 ‘best performing’ Channel partner of all the Principal Companies across all customer segments.
Another striking quality that he possesses is that all the Director must be together in thick and thin. There should be cohesive bonding and togetherness within the organizations in order to achieve the set goals.

Mr. Dharmendra Shah has an impeccable ability of good administration. This inherent skill has led to a sense of togetherness in the organizations. He has been able to manoeuvre the switchgear business in the right manner, take vital stategic decisions as and when required and lead by example. There is also a philanthropist in him, which prompts him to do a lot for the welfare of the sociiety.
He contributes to several charitable trusts. It has been and will be his innate desire to serve the downtrodden and contribute as best as he can.
